     Pictured below is an example of a part which we converted from screw machined to a cold formed. As a screw machined part the flat on the right side of the shank was machined and the hole was drilled. As a cold formed part we FORMED the flat and EXTRUDED the hole on one of our multi die parts formers at 140 pieces per minute. We were able to facilitate significant savings for our customer.
