When we receive a print or sample for evaluation engineering begins with the part weight calculation process, material selection, and measurement capability analysis.

     From there the evaluation progresses to design capability where tool design, machine selection and routing is determined. We use AutoCad 2000 and our own custom designed programs to select the most cost effective and efficient manufacturing methods.

     The evaluation process concludes with a team feasibility meeting attended by engineering, quality, production, and sales to sign off on production feasibility and pricing.
